01 — Company

Built for demanding environments

Prosik AS is a Bergen-based provider of rope access services and personnel for offshore and industrial operations.

The company focuses on supplying competent personnel and professional execution for work in demanding and difficult-to-access environments — where conventional access is impractical and where planning, discipline and technical rope skills determine the outcome.

03 — Offshore

Built for offshore

Offshore operations leave little room for improvisation. Access is often restricted, working windows are limited, and every task interacts with other activity on the installation.

01
Access under constraint
Structures where conventional access is limited or unavailable, and where rope access is the practical route to the work front.
02
Competent personnel
Personnel who understand offshore working conditions, procedures and the discipline required to operate safely alongside other trades.
03
Planning and safety
Work planned, risk-assessed and coordinated before mobilisation, in line with the requirements of the client and the installation.
04
Efficient execution
Work carried out efficiently within complex industrial environments and the operational windows available.

04 — Onshore

Industrial & onshore

The same personnel, methods and safety discipline are applied onshore, where industrial facilities and structures require rope access or work at height.

  • Industrial facilities where access requires rope-based methods
  • Structures and elevated areas outside the reach of conventional access
  • Confined and difficult-to-access areas requiring trained rope access personnel
  • Support to onshore projects with defined scope and duration

05 — Safety & quality

Safety is part of the job

In rope access, safety is not a statement — it is method, documentation and behaviour on site. The framework below describes how work is prepared and controlled.

  1. 01

    Planning

Access method, rigging, anchor points and rescue provisions are planned before work starts, based on the actual conditions on site.

  2. 02

    Risk assessment

Tasks are risk-assessed together with the client and adapted to concurrent activity, environment and working windows.

  3. 03

    Personnel qualifications

Personnel are assigned according to competence and the requirements of the assignment. Documentation is provided on request.

  4. 04

    Equipment

Rope access equipment is selected for the task, inspected and maintained, and used within its intended application.

  5. 05

    Procedures on site

Work follows agreed procedures and the client's permit-to-work and safety regime for the installation or facility.

  6. 06

    Quality control

Execution is verified against the agreed scope, with clear reporting back to project management.

Standards & documentation

Relevant standards, certifications and competence documentation are provided on request and will be listed here once confirmed.

06 — Experience

Experience where it matters

Prosik is built on field experience from rope access work in demanding environments.

The company's foundation is practical work at height: rope access on industrial structures, offshore installations and locations where access has to be engineered before the work can begin.

Experience details, assignment history and references are shared directly with clients and procurement on request.

07 — Leadership
